Как именно стипулировать гипоцентавра

У меня в интересах оно, и вот почему.

Гай в Институциях (ч.3) пишет:
(97a) Likewise, if anyone stipulates for something which cannot, in the nature of things, exist, as for instance, a hippocentaur, such a stipulation also is void.

Вот. Так что стипулировать гипоцентавра бесполезно. И не вздумайте!
