Есть такой закон: не защищать призывающих. Если человек, который говорит, давайте убьем евреев, хочет провести митинг, полиция не будет его защищать, а город ему не разрешит проводить.

Простите, это как - не будет его защищать? Типа, вали его любой желающий?
