Закон и порядок - потрясающий сериал, но, во-первых, он основан на нью-йоркских законах (if any), а во-вторых, у них все-таки другая задача, им надо зрителя в напряжении держать...

DNA is good enough.

That's just one of the standards: you can have "beyond a reasonable doubt" (criminal), "clear and convincing evindece" - middle, usually by special reference, and "by the preponderance of evidence" - most civil.

They were particularly proud of the fact that the mailboxes are arranged alphabetically, so theirs was right next to CCC's.
